A long time ago, before the advent of "this internet malarky" people used to talk to each other around tables that had beer on them, not netbooks with free wi-fi, and definately not through facebook or twitter. social networking ZERO is the brainchild of a number of Leeds based digital marketing professionals who realised that gong back to these "analogue roots" and talking to eaech other wasn't such a bad idea - and that there wasn't an evening for them and "their sort" in the Leeds social calendar. social networking ZERO was born.
Determined not to be an event where you are lectured to, determined not to be an event where you are forced to talk about the pro's and con's of the latest digital britain report, determined to be nothing but a pure social event where you can make new friends and discuss the things that are important to you and your peers (which may include the latest digital britain report) - social networking ZERO is about taking digital people back to the analogue world, and making you talk to each other.
